1. The service

SbloccaOra lets verified creators offer access to digital content through shareable links. Creators remain responsible for their content, its description, and the rights required to distribute it.

2. Creator requirements

To publish and sell, a creator must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• confirm their email address;
• complete identity verification with valid ID and a selfie;
• provide truthful profile and verification information;
• hold the rights to all uploaded content.

3. Content

Illegal, sexually explicit, deceptive, harmful, non-consensual, rights-infringing content and inappropriate content involving minors are prohibited. The complete rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Prices, payments and access

Creators set prices within the limits shown by the service. Any applicable fees are displayed before purchase. Purchased access is personal and does not permit redistribution.

5. Moderation

SbloccaOra may suspend accounts, pause links or remove content when required for safety, legal compliance or breaches of these terms. Reports can be submitted through Report content.

6. Availability and liability

The service is maintained with reasonable care but may be unavailable for maintenance or other interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Changes

Each revision has a version number and a cryptographic digest of its text. Material changes affecting creators will be communicated with reasonable notice.
