1. What SbloccaOra is

SbloccaOra lets verified creators sell access to digital content through shareable links. We are not a social network and do not distribute or promote content: creators bring their own audience.

2. Requirements for selling

Be at least 18 years old.
Complete identity verification with valid ID and a selfie.
Connect a Stripe Connect account to receive payments.
Own the rights to everything you sell.

3. Permitted content — SFW only

SbloccaOra accepts safe-for-work content only. The following is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and account closure:

pornographic, sexually explicit or adult content;
content depicting minors in any inappropriate context;
graphic violence, hate speech or illegal content;
material you do not have the rights to;
scams, deceptive content or fraudulent sales;
third-party personal data shared without consent.

The ban on adult content is not negotiable: our payment provider prohibits it, and violations put every creator's payments at risk.

4. Moderation and reports

We do not automatically scan content. We rely on reports and manual review. Anyone can report content without registering. We remove substantiated violations and may suspend or close accounts in serious or repeated cases.

5. Prices and fees

Creators choose a price between {minPrice} and {maxPrice}.
The creator receives 100% of the set price. The platform adds a {fee}% service fee that is paid entirely by the buyer.
The percentage is frozen at the time of the transaction; later changes are not retroactive.
Tips carry no creator-side deduction.

6. Creator payouts

Each sale clears {days} days after payment. Once the {minPayout} threshold is reached, the creator can request a payout to the connected Stripe account. Refunds and disputes are deducted from the balance.

7. Purchases

No account is required: buyers only need an email address and a payment method.
After payment, buyers receive a permanent access link. Because digital content is supplied immediately, applicable withdrawal rights end once access is unlocked.
Access is personal. Redistributing purchased content is prohibited and may lead to legal action by the creator.

8. Responsibility for content

Creators are solely responsible for what they publish and sell. SbloccaOra provides technical infrastructure and is not party to the agreement between creator and buyer, except for collecting and managing payments.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, immediately in serious cases. Legitimately cleared funds remain due unless they are tied to fraud or a dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to registered creators at least 15 days in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain any mandatory jurisdiction rights in their place of residence.
