1. Data we process

SbloccaOra processes the data needed to provide and protect the service:

• account data, public profile and language preference;
• KYC data, including date of birth, nationality, document details and images, and a selfie;
• link, purchase, payment, payout and support data;
• technical and security data, minimised or hashed where possible.

2. Purposes

Data is used to authenticate users, verify identity and age, deliver purchased content, manage payments and legal duties, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer support requests.

3. Legal grounds

Depending on the activity, processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in service security, or consent where required.

4. Recipients

Technical providers such as Supabase, the payment provider and the email adapter process data only to provide their functions. KYC documents are available only to staff authorised to review identity checks.

5. Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal duties. Operational KYC document periods must be configured and validated before production use.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where the law provides. Account settings provide a data export. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

7. Contact and changes

Use Report content for privacy requests. Every change to this notice creates a new version and digest.
