General rule

You may upload and sell only lawful, safe, accurately described content for which you hold all required rights and consents.

Prohibited content

The following is not allowed:

• pornography, sexualised nudity or sexually explicit material;
• material that exploits, sexualises or endangers minors;
• non-consensual content, harassment, hate, threats or graphic violence;
• infringement of copyright, trade marks, privacy or other rights;
• malware, stolen credentials, fraud, scams or instructions for illegal activity;
• personal data or images of others shared without a lawful basis;
• misleading descriptions or files materially different from what was promised.

Enforcement

SbloccaOra may limit visibility, pause sales, remove content or suspend an account. Where appropriate, it may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities.
